Joe Porello is a natural born leader, when he walks into a room everyone shuts up and it doesn't matter who you are you always show respect to him. For a man who's never been in prison he has been behind some of the biggest robberies the country has seen. It all began at the age of 15 with his childhood friend Tony Coster, they robbed the post office on the corner of their street, somehow they were never caught and it's then Porello knew what he wanted to be in life. Some say Tony Coster is the only man Porello completely trusts but over the years he has buil;t up a team of criminals each providing aspects he can use to pull off a job. Without these men he can't do anything but without him they wouldn't get anywhere. The plan always comes down to him and his judgment of character has never failed him before, that is of course before he hired Chad Dawson. A small time card player Joe saw potential in him but this could have been his biggest mistake.
